About Ginny Nunez

Ginny Nunez’s foray into NYC real estate can be attributed to her roots as a born and raised New Yorker. Ginny's love of NYC and intricate experience throughout the boroughs provides her with a unique ability to help transplants and natives alike find their perfect fit.

Ginny has spent the last seven years practicing immigration law in New York. Her experience in the courtroom translates into a detail-oriented real estate agent with a knack for fighting to get her clients what they want. While still actively practicing law, Ginny transitioned into real estate because she knew her skills and talents went far beyond the confines of a courtroom. She knew her skills in deal-making, combined with her love for helping people, would transform a renter's or homebuyer’s experience.

Ginny attended the University at Albany where she majored in criminal justice and double minored in French and Education. Later she graduated from Penn State School of Law with a JD and became a licensed attorney in 2017. Since graduating Ginny has dedicated herself to immigration law, is the social chair for the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and has judged various Moot Court Competitions for the NYC Bar Association. In her free time, Ginny enjoys exploring new restaurants and exhibits throughout NYC or spending a night in with her dog Cooper.
