About Glenna R. Castrillo

Born and raised in Pacific Palisades, Glenna Roberts comes to The Agency’s Brentwood office with a proven background of client-focused service, attention to detail and unwavering professionalism.

Glenna’s past work has consistently been driven by community service. After attending Southern Methodist University, Glenna spearheaded foundation research at Santa Monica’s Museum of Flying and assisted Our Children Los Angeles’ (OCLA) founder in developing WIN (What I Need), an app that connects homeless teens to the nearest care facilities. While serving as an executive assistant at an entertainment law firm, she provided all clients with exceptional and sincere communication. For three years, Glenna served as one of The Agency's trusted office administrators, where she honed her knowledge of the real estate listing and transaction process.

“Growing up in Los Angeles, I've always had a keen interest in real estate, architecture and interior design,” says Glenna, who specializes in residential properties on L.A.’s westside. “Every home tells a story, and I truly love being a part of it.”

Detail-oriented and highly organized, Glenna is also driven to build relationships with her clients and take on the various challenges a career in real estate presents. “I love that every day brings a different adventure. You get to constantly evolve and wear many hats. I also have a deep passion for homes themselves—how they were made and the materials used to build them.”

Glenna is still active with Our Children Los Angeles. A contemporary art fan, she also enjoys visiting museums, exploring new restaurants around the city and spending time with her family.
