She also advises developers and international investors from the identifying process through acquisition to exit.

Gloria’s career started in lending and finance before pivoting into the REO/Default Industry, where she represented a multitude of leading financial institutions and hedge funds with their asset disposition. This soon led her to avidly pursue high-profile assets.

With a client list that includes actors, musicians, talent agents and anchors, Gloria is often invited to speak on panels and featured on TV and radio for her fresh perspective on the real estate market. Clients moving locally, as well as those relocating to or from Los Angeles, may rely on Gloria’s expert care and concierge-level service. She has served as a buyer’s and seller’s agent for executives, celebrities, and VIP’s and has gone through the stringent corporate verification process with multiple corporate clients.
