A seasoned professional with more than a decade of experience in Southern California’s diverse and dynamic real estate market, Grant Law’s thoughtful, results-driven approach has earned him top awards as well as commitment from an ever-growing contingent of clients.
Prior to joining The Agency’s Pasadena office, Grant co-founded Laura + Grant Real Estate, a group that he managed with his wife, Laura. Over the last few years, Grant has received awards for being a top producer and achieving high sales volume in the SoCal region. He is also a real estate coach with Clubwealth, a nationwide coaching program. Before starting the specialized group Grant Law Homes Team, Grant served as the principal managing broker of a residential real estate firm, where he helped develop and manage an in-house mortgage loan origination division.
With a background in residential and commercial real estate, Grant has experience with the purchase and sale of properties for both investors and first-time homebuyers—all while maintaining a focus on the client’s experience.
“I wanted to create a buying and selling experience that could simplify and make enjoyable an otherwise challenging endeavor,” says Grant. While he currently specializes in the San Gabriel Valley area, Grant also has a broad knowledge of the Orange County and San Diego markets.
A graduate of the University of California Riverside, Grant received his Bachelor in Business Administration. In addition to residential sales, Grant has also served as a commercial sales broker, principal managing broker, loan originator, property manager, new build/development broker, wholesale loan account executive and loan underwriter.
In order to best serve clients, Grant often calls upon his experience as a managing broker and as a real estate coach, focusing on people’s “why.” “Figuring out someone’s motivation is crucial if you truly want to help them,” says Grant. “Without a why, any obstacle can get in the way of a goal but with a strong enough why, anything can be overcome—which is why I always ask my clients what their motivation is for selling or buying, and finding out what their big ‘why’ is.”
In his free time, Grant volunteers with nonprofit Sell a Home, Save a Child, and enjoys spending time with his children, cooking, grilling, practicing Muay Thai and playing golf.
