Ever the entrepreneur, Greg Link joins The Agency Coeur d’Alene as Managing Partner, bringing 15 years of industry experience and a lifetime worth of local knowledge to assist clients throughout northern Idaho. Having helped more than 1,200 families buy and sell real estate, Greg has solidified his reputation as an expert negotiator with the highest integrity and specialized insight into the residential market.
A humble yet powerful leader and enthusiastic problem solver, Greg’s greatest joy is in helping people, whether they’re first-time homebuyers, seasoned sellers or members of his team. Known for his approachable and friendly demeanor, Greg views his real estate career as a people business first and foremost, and he surrounds himself with the best. His laidback and fun-loving approach has attracted some of the area’s top-tier talent to The Agency while also ensuring transactions are both stress-free and rewarding for clients.
Greg spent his early childhood in Idaho and adolescence in New York. He moved back to Coeur d’Alene after high school and focused on building his family and small business. As the founder and CEO of a construction clean up and janitorial company, Greg learned the ins and outs of operating a business, from managing people to tough yet fair contract negotiations. As he gained more exposure to the real estate industry through his wife, who worked for a small local brokerage founded by his grandmother, he felt inspired to make a career shift.
In his first years as an agent, Greg became an expert in short sales and foreclosures. With his thirst for knowledge and deep-rooted community ties, he strategically and sustainably scaled his business to incorporate luxury homes and investment properties. So much of his success stems from the fact that he does not see himself as a salesman, but rather an advocate for his clients.
When Greg isn’t grinding at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife, who owns several boutiques in town, their kids and their first grandchild. Greg lives for Coeur d’Alene summers, when he can make the most of the lake, and is a supporter of his local church.
