About Greg Schoch

Recognized in the industry for his integrity, perseverance and commitment to exceeding his clients’ expectations, Greg brings 17 years of real estate experience to The Agency.
 
Greg got his start in real estate buying and renovating properties across Los Angeles. In the early 2000s, he purchased the property across the street from his home in Studio City with the intention of renovating it for his family, and soon realized he had identified a niche market finding development properties for investors. By 2005 he had renovated and sold eight properties. Greg’s experience finding, developing and bringing value added properties to market has translated seamlessly to his career as an agent, while his familiarity with zoning laws and building codes has proven invaluable to buyers and investors seeking to identify potential downfalls or increased equity in properties. His past design experience, keen sense of presentation and willingness to go above and beyond for his clients makes him perfectly suited to The Agency.
 
Prior to his foray into real estate, Greg enjoyed a lucrative career as a nationally-recognized broker of Hollywood and rock and roll memorabilia, with an exclusive clientele that included The Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Hollywood, and celebrity collectors from all over the world. In 1997, he obtained his Series 7 license and went to work as a financial adviser for a major Wall Street firm, however it wasn’t long before he realized his true calling was in real estate.
 
Greg grew up in Flint, Michigan and moved to Los Angeles in 1990 after spending time in Miami, New York and Rome. He lives in Calabasas with his son, Max, and when he’s not hosting an open house or traveling across L.A. in search of the perfect property for a client, he enjoys skiing, spending time at the beach and volunteering.
