In addition to these acknowledgments, Griffin was named the Top Office Producer by The Agency, and has been awarded the Chairman’s Award, also by The Agency.

Griffin’s career sales top $500 million and he is licensed in both California and Colorado. Griffin started his career in Northern California’s Silicon Valley. He then moved to Southern California where, in just eight years, he became one of the top producing agents both in California and the nation. Griffin later obtained his real estate license in Colorado, expanding his markets of expertise to Aspen, Boulder and Denver in addition to Los Angeles.

Griffin often travels between Colorado and California for business and to visit family. In regards to family, Griffin also comes from a long list of successful real estate agents. Starting with his great-grandmother, who was the first woman in the history of Los Angeles to own and operate her own real estate brokerage. Both Griffin's mother and grandmother are successful and active real estate investors, and Griffin's uncle was one of Los Angeles’ top-producing agents for more than 17 years. Griffin has real estate in his blood and has been surrounded by it his entire life. His love for the industry started at a very young age and has grown stronger ever since.

In addition to helping both buyers and sellers, Griffin is extremely passionate about building, developing and designing new homes. He completed his first personal fix and flip project in 2020 and has plans to renovate more and bigger projects. Griffin's business largely consists of developers and he is considered a New Construction Specialist. No stranger to hard hats and construction sites, Griffin has more than $200M in new construction sales, with more than $100M of those sales occurring "pre-completion" before the home was even finished. Griffin's largest personal sale was a new construction home that he sold in Los Angeles for $23,900,000. This was a record breaking sale for the neighborhood and Griffin represented both the buyer and the seller in this transaction.

Griffin is also well-versed in home design and can serve as a consultant and guide for clients building their own custom home and developers deciding what types of homes will attract today’s buyers.

Griffin has a natural ability to connect with people, negotiate with poise and complete difficult tasks. Griffin’s expertise and extensive contact database paired with his drive, innovative marketing techniques and strong negotiation skills promise an incredible experience throughout the entire home buying or selling process.

Outside of work, Griffin leads an active and healthy lifestyle. He likes to hike, ski and snowboard, mountain bike and rock climb. Whether spending time at the beach or in the mountains, he loves to engage with the outdoors. Griffin also enjoys traveling, seeing the world and experiencing different cultures.
