About Grigor Aleksanian

With more than a decade of experience in the industry, including time spent in development, commercial leases, residential real estate and underwriting, Grigor Aleksanian joins The Agency in Studio City with a wealth of expertise. An active listener and patient confidant, he helps clients make sense of their purchasing power, thoroughly assess investment opportunities and competently estimate renovation costs.

A born and bred Angeleno, Grigor possesses a nuanced understanding of the city’s diverse pockets and neighborhoods. He primarily serves clients in Burbank, Glendale and throughout the San Fernando Valley, and particularly enjoys helping first-time buyers achieve their dream of home ownership and building meaningful relationships along the way.

Grigor was exposed to the ins and outs of real estate early, watching both his parents work as agents and learning about architecture and design from extended family members in the field. In college he pursued a bachelor’s degree in finance before earning his master’s in business. This comprehensive background distinguishes Grigor in his ability to guide clients through the process of buying and selling and loyally negotiate on their behalf.

Off duty, he spends every spare moment with his growing family. Most nights he cooks with his wife and on weekends you’ll find him in the rink playing both roller and ice hockey or taking advantage of L.A.’s year-round sunshine with backyard barbecues, hiking, and biking.
