About Hailey Collins

Part of The Agency Brentwood, Hailey Collins grew up in the luxury real estate world. As a child, she enjoyed getting small assignments from her aunt, one of Florida’s top real estate brokers. Her love of travel was born then as well, gradually informing Hailey’s discerning eye for culture, architecture and design.

Hailey attended the University of Colorado, where she earned a BA in Communications and honed the marketing skills she’d later use as a real estate agent. After graduation, she relocated to New York City, where she pursued a publishing career with the luxury magazine, DEPARTURES, and contributed to its Home + Design publication. While working with top designers, architects and luxury residential real estate experts, Hailey sharpened her skills in strategizing, creating and writing marketing materials. As time passed, a growing desire to work directly with people and help them achieve their real estate goals called Hailey back to her family’s real estate roots.

“For me, the genuine, personal connections I saw my aunt make with her clients and the relationships that agents build and maintain over time are what inspired me to return to the real estate world,” Hailey says. She returned to Florida for an in-depth “freshman year” at her aunt’s real estate firm before heading to California. Hailey is licensed in Florida and California, making her capable to assist clients in both states.

Today, Hailey brings an array of powerful skills, passion and dedication to her buyers and sellers throughout West L.A., from the coast to the canyons.

“As an agent, it is deeply fulfilling to be able to help someone make a huge life decision—like buying a home or investing in a property. I’ll never get tired of it,” says Hailey. “I’ve always been intrigued by all things real estate. I love architecture, interior design and the art of making your home a place you love to be. Every single transaction is so unique, and I love learning something new with each and every deal.”
