About Hank Bertodatto

Managing Broker, Hank Bertodatto brings a wealth of knowledge to The Agency Naples. As a well-established agent, broker, and teacher in the SWFL region, Hank is a strong asset to The Agency and other real estate agents by helping them build their business through mentoring, coaching, & training.

 

Hank was born and raised in Mount Pleasant, Michigan, and moved to Myrtle Beach, SC to run resorts and hotels. He then moved to Florida and was a front office manager at the Sundial Resort on Sanibel Island until the 2010 BP Oil Spill, when he decided to get into real estate. Hank is adept at navigating multi-faceted elements of each transaction and is guided by his hospitality experiences, making every client feel valued.

 

He got his Real Estate license in 2012 then obtained his Brokers License and Real Estate Instructor’s License in 2015. With the drive and passion to help young professionals grow alongside providing his knowledge to the community, Hank served on the YPN board from 2016-2018, has been a part of Royal Palm Coast Real Estate Association Chair Grievance Committee since 2017, and is recently a chair since 2022. He has been on the board of Heatherwood Lakes HOA Community since 2022 along with the Skyline Church Board since 2021.

 

Outside of his professional communities, Hank enjoys spending time with his wife of eight years Jeana, and their three sons Henry, Jace, and Vincent. Hank enjoys providing seamless guidance in beautiful Southwest Florida and all that it has to offer. He is an incredible teacher who values offering his knowledge to all those who cross his path.
