A Los Angeles native and one of the city’s preeminent luxury real estate agents, Heather Boyd provides concierge-style service and insider knowledge of the local market. From The Agency’s Studio City office, Heather serves diverse and discerning clientele in every neighborhood, bringing a special affinity for Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Calabasas, Studio City, Encino and her hometown of Sherman Oaks.
In her decade-plus career in real estate, Heather has established an impeccable reputation while overseeing transactions for some of the city’s most prestigious properties. Laser-focused, strategic and exceptionally thorough, she stays on top of trends, fiercely advocates for her clients and constantly impresses with her attention to detail, particularly during inspections. Her record speaks for itself, with more than $90M in sales in 2020 and 2021 alone as well as consecutive features on Los Angeles Magazine’s list of Real Estate All-Stars.
Whether she is helping a first-time buyer find a home or securing maximum returns for veteran investors, Heather genuinely loves ensuring her clients achieve their goals. She works diligently to remove all stressors from a transaction, asking thoughtful questions and always coming to the table with a plan of action.
Heather grew up in the San Fernando Valley, where she attended The Buckley School and observed her entrepreneurial father manage a portfolio of multi-family investments. She went on to UCLA to study Theater, Film, and Television before landing roles on Broadway and NBC, but she couldn't resist the lure of the family business. She teamed up with her father and began learning the ins and outs of the industry while spearheading new projects. Initially focused on commercial real estate, she has since carved her niche in the luxury residential market.
When she isn’t touring properties with clients or skillfully renegotiating contracts to their advantage, she still enjoys performing. The mother of two young sons, she also regularly volunteers at their school.
