About Helen Bailey

A member of The Agency Waterloo Region, Helen Bailey is an impeccably organized, forthright and compassionate real estate professional with more than a decade of experience in the local and national markets.

Raised in Oakville, Helen attended Appleby College before working for the real estate department at  Scotiabank in Downtown Toronto. Shortly after, she relocated to Vancouver Island and while earning her real estate license, Helen managed and merchandised a boutique furniture and accessory store in Sidney, British Columbia. Before joining The Agency, Helen helped The Bailey Team steadfastly manage Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation properties across the province, a role which broadened her understanding of complex real estate contracts and further honed her negotiation and problem-solving skills

In addition to her years of real estate expertise, Helen is also armed with an interior design degree from Sheridan College in Oakville and is known for her skillful home staging abilities. Helen is a multi-talented resource for a range of clientele, from first time buyers to sellers and seasoned investors.

In her free time, Helen supports local animal welfare and food bank charities. She also enjoys practicing yoga, decorating, travelling and spending time with friends.
