Meet Isabel

Real Estate Agent

A gifted real estate professional with more than two decades of experience, Isabel splits her time between The Agency South Florida and The Agency Waterloo Region and is an incredible asset to buyers, sellers and investors across North America.

Steadfast, detail-oriented and a keen listener, Isabel’s expertise ranges from Florida's Sarasota, Venice, Siesta Key, Tampa and Fort Myers regions to Ontario’s thriving markets in and around Waterloo Region and beyond.

Prior to her role as an agent, Isabel worked as a trusted, high-level administrator in a Cambridge real estate firm, and quickly gained respect for her dedication and tireless attention to detail. Today, Isabel’s deep passion for design and architecture and wide-reaching market knowledge make her a seasoned guide for clients from all walks of life, and with various real estate goals.

Born and raised in Lisbon, Isabel relocated to Canada in her 20's. In 2013, she began splitting her time between Ontario, Canada and Florida's sunny Gulf Coast.

“I have always considered Southwestern Ontario—specifically Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo and Guelph—to be my hometown,” says Isabel. “I love this area and know every neighbourhood so well. It’s always a delight when I can help my clients find their dream home here.”

Isabel’s affinity for the Gulf Coast of Florida also runs deep. “The Gulf Coast is paradise. It has such a uniquely inviting energy, and I simply fell in love with it,” says Isabel. “It's no mystery to me why people want to buy here. Whether my clients are looking for a second home or a home base, I’m committed to making the most of their investment.”

Today, Isabel continues to divide her time between Ontario and Florida. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with loved ones. You can also find Isabel exploring Kitchener’s best shops and restaurants or taking in Sarasota’s picture-perfect beaches.
