About Ivan Vargas

Known for his integrity, positive attitude and attention to detail, Ivan Vargas thoughtfully guides and supports his clients through every step of the real estate transaction process. Based out of The Agency in Orange County, Ivan’s calm demeanor and years of experience in Southern California real estate make him an exceptional asset to buyers and sellers.

“I decided to pursue real estate because I want to help individuals and families build wealth through owning real estate,” Ivan says. “My favorite part of any transaction is negotiating and getting the best deal for my clients—whether they are selling or buying.”

Born in Lima, Peru, Ivan moved to the U.S. at the age of 10 and grew up in the Midwest. After attending Briar Cliff University where he played soccer as a student-athlete, Ivan relocated to Los Angeles. Fluent in Spanish, Ivan regularly travels to Barcelona to visit his extended family.

Ivan is a board member of the Rotary Club of Newport-Balboa and likes to stay physically active playing soccer, hiking and spending time outdoors—especially by the ocean.
