In her 15 years as a model manager and director for Elite Model Management, while scouting, procuring and coaching 250+ young models annually through various print, TV and runway endeavors, she spearheaded a culture of team building and became a highly skilled negotiator. Developing a powerful dual reputation as a likable “people person” and powerful seller of talent, Jackie was also successful at orchestrating industry partnerships through social media management. As Founder of The Arch Talent Group, she recruited models and talent seeking to transition into the theatrical arena. Serving as a liaison for various industry divisions, she oversaw all fiscal management and budgeting issues.

Emerging as a much sought-after industry branding consultant in the mid-2010s, her high-end clients included BEBE/Bluestar Alliance, Playboy Enterprises, Inc. and Bikini.com. With Playboy, she partnered with the CEO to rebrand creative vision, targeting millennials as a new client demographic. As a fashion consultant with Bikini.com, Jackie revived the organization through rebranding and booking new models to create a fresh millennial company image; she also developed and grew social media platforms. With BEBE/Bluestar Alliance, she was charged with restructuring fashion campaigns to capture new audience demographics and refresh the band’s image. Over the years, Jackie also worked for high-profile professionals of all ages as a personal mentor.
