About Jared Nelson

Jared Nelson joins The Agency Bal Harbour with a passion for people and an interest in the Construction and Inspection business. Jared was previously an owner of a successful home inspection company for over 15 years and has a vast understanding of the industry, which aids in his real estate career.

With an incredible work ethic and attention to detail, Jared is exceptional at coordinating the intricacies of the real estate process. His knowledge and expertise help foster meaningful productive relationships with his clients that are tailored to their needs.

Jared grew up in San Jose, California, but has been living in South Florida since high school, where he attended Spanish River High, Boca Raton. Outside of his professional communities, Jared enjoys spending time with his wife, their two beautiful children and their adorable Sheepadoodle. He lives an active lifestyle and spends his free time at the beach, kayaking or paddle boarding with his dearest friends and family.
