Jason Hillman joins The Agency Alamo, serving East Bay buyers and sellers with a commitment to exceptional client experiences. He partners with Brad Gothberg, a seasoned area expert who offers unparalleled knowledge of the Bay Area real estate market with over 39 years of experience. A true people person at heart, Jason is passionate about finding the perfect home or investment opportunity for his clientele and is honored to serve as a loyal advisor. Relationships are at the center of his approach to real estate and he strives to make each client feel understood, supported and excited throughout the process.

From growing up in Napa Valley surrounded by the affluent wineries, to the pristine shores of Lake Tahoe, Jason has a vast knowledge of Northern California and what makes it a truly remarkable area to call home. After graduating from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he studied hospitality and business management, he went on to live in San Francisco and spend over a decade in the hospitality industry. He has worked with several of the world’s celebrity-studded, luxury hotels, managing a team of 100+ employees and developing a skillset for serving high-net-worth individuals.

Now, Jason is looking forward to bringing this nuanced experience to the world of real estate, where he aims to develop the same personal relationships with his clients and assist them with one of their biggest decisions in life: selling or buying a home. Combined with Brad’s commitment and widespread knowledge, Jason’s infectious energy, focused mind, and experience in hospitality leadership ensure client relationships are infused with trust and culminate in real results.

When he’s not serving his clients, Jason enjoys traveling, working out, hiking, listening to music, and watching Bay Area sports. He spends time with his German Shepherds as well as with his mom and two sisters.
