Jason Kadlec is a full-service, white-glove real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in residential sales, rentals, investment properties, and commercial real estate. Jason’s passion for customer service covers all aspects of real estate from finding the perfect property to negotiating the best price to helping his customers understand the intricacies of the transaction.

Jason believes the key to his success is understanding his client’s needs and finding homes that check all the boxes on their wish lists. He makes it a priority to find the right fit for each client no matter the time or effort. His outstanding professionalism, personalized attention to customer needs, and knowledge of premium properties enabled his involvement with over one hundred million dollars in real estate transactions.

Jason has lived in Westchester and New York City for over 25 years, giving him an excellent opportunity to become well-versed in various neighborhoods. Prior to his real estate career, Jason founded a company in Florida aimed at fostering the Tampa community. He also produced a music album.

In addition to real estate, Jason is a father of two amazing boys, a three-time marathon runner, and an entertainment investor. He serves on the board of directors at a non-profit as well as being an avid volunteer at multiple organizations. He holds a BA from New York University and is a graduate of the Walt Disney College Program.
