A local Angeleno and real estate investor for 25 years, Jason recognizes sometimes it’s often the small and seemingly intangible things that can be the difference in closing a real estate transaction.  The art of deal-making at the highest level is in Jason’s DNA and he thrives on providing the same expert VIP approach he utilized in entertainment, to client service across today’s ever-evolving Southern California real estate landscape.

Jason spent decades representing some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry as a talent agent at Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and producing some of the world's highest-grossing concert tours as SVP International at Live Nation Entertainment.  Jason successfully negotiated over $1B in entertainment industry transactions on behalf of high-profile artists such as Beyoncé, Madonna, Kanye West, U2, Jimmy Fallon, and Bruno Mars.  Navigating unique cultures and challenging environments has been a career trademark for Jason, having closed deals in all 50 US states and 30+ countries across 6 continents.

Jason holds a B.S. from Syracuse University and MBAs from UCLA Anderson School of Management and the National University of Singapore.
