About Jessica Koltsov

Born and raised in Santa Monica, Jessica Koltsov is armed with a large contact database and offers keen insight into L.A.’s diverse neighborhoods remaining cognizant of cultural attractions, entertainment opportunities and reputable school districts.

 

After graduating from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a degree in Biology, Jessica returned to Southern California to pursue her passion for real estate.

 

Known for her patience, accessibility and straightforward communication style, Jessica is an adept buyer’s, listing and leasing agent and a knowledgeable guide for first-time buyers. Jessica is driven by a passion to learn and a strong love for people, art, architecture and her home town.

 

Jessica enjoys meeting new people, making connections, building relationships and collaborating with team members and helping clients find their place in L.A. “I’m continually fascinated by L.A.’s diversity,” says Jessica. “So many people from different backgrounds, cultures and countries all chose to come here, and I am proud to help people put down roots in this great city.”

 

In her free time, Jessica practices Pilates, hikes, enjoys the beach and traveling. She is fluent in English and Russian.
