“My passion for real estate is fueled by my love of helping people,” states Jessica. “Knowing that I am the person who guides someone through one of the most personal and pivotal transactions in their life is incredibly exciting and motivating.”
Jessica takes a relationship-centric approach to every transaction. A compassionate listener, she effortlessly builds rapport with clients and uses her keen eye for design and appreciation of architecture to match them with the best potential properties. “Helping people is always my number one goal. It’s incredibly gratifying to tell clients that we received an offer on their home, or that their offer was accepted.”
Prior to launching her real estate career, Jessica owned her own dance company, I Heart Dance, where she taught and built enrichment programs for children in schools across Los Angeles. This endeavor allowed Jessica to hone her entrepreneurial and negotiation skills, learning to deftly appease all parties through open communication and grace—a skill she uses regularly in real estate.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. She is also a philanthropist and is proudly involved in several charities including Friends of Israeli Defense Forces, St. Jude, Save the Children, Israeli American Council and Ronald McDonald House. “I am grateful to have the ability to make a difference and I hope to make the world a better place.”
