Her finance degree and passion for people make her a confident negotiator, whether assisting with the purchase or sale of a property.

 

In addition to a skillset and personality that are a perfect match for her chosen career, Jessica boasts a professional network of local luxury vendors and agents that she utilizes to provide her clients with the best possible experience. Jessica explains, “I know a ton of people in LA because I thrive off of meeting people. I’m an extrovert—if I can't meet a client's ask, then I know someone who can.” Jessica’s entrepreneurial mindset drives her to continue to build her career on satisfied client referrals.

 

Jessica’s background is in luxury hospitality, which provided her with a clear sense of what clients expect from a luxury experience or investment. She appreciates good service because she knows the ins and outs of how to provide it—a valuable skill for high-end real estate. A furlough at the start of the pandemic led Jessica to pursue her real estate license, and after a few courses, she decided to give real estate a shot. She holds a Finance Degree with Highest Distinction from the University of Nebraska and obtained her real estate license in California. She fell in love with the job and has never looked back.

Aside from real estate, Jessica loves working out, the outdoors, reading and educating herself, traveling, dining out, spending time with friends and family, and is currently learning to speak French.
