About Jodie Erwin

Known for her approachability and authentic compassion for her clients, Jodie Erwin is a dynamic member of The Agency Waterloo Region. In addition to having a broad-reaching knowledge of the Ontario real estate market, Jodie is a licensed mortgage professional, making her a knowledgeable guide and vital asset to clients at every stage of the transaction process.

Prior to launching her real estate career, Jodie spent many years in the public service sector running a renowned cleaning company. A self-described “people person,” Jodie is invigorated by the opportunity to help buyers and sellers take the next step in their real estate journey.

In her free time, Jodie supports Bikes for Kids and The Food Bank of Waterloo Region. She also regularly donates to local women’s shelters and Canada’s SickKids foundation.
