About Joey Brauer

Joey Brauer always stays ahead of the curve. With up-to-the-minute knowledge of local market trends, renowned negotiating skills, proactive communication, and robust experience in the real estate industry, he provides world-class service to clients throughout Los Angeles, ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish. A lifelong Angeleno raised in Sherman Oaks, he possesses a nuanced understanding of the city, particularly the San Fernando Valley, Westside, Pasadena, and the surrounding areas.

 

One of the first agents to join The Agency, Joey has helped oversee more than $450M in transactions. He began working with Blair Chang on the top-producing sales team, representing buyers, sellers, and investors around Beverly Hills, the Sunset Strip, Hollywood Hills, Brentwood, and Malibu. This experience was essentially a master class in luxury real estate that built on Joey’s background in contracts, construction, and estate management.

 

Joey immediately entered the real estate industry after graduating from California State University, Northridge with his B.A. in Business. Combining his expertise in sales and marketing with his passion for architecture, he started working as a project manager for a contractor in Beverly Hills. He learned the ins and outs of building a home, including preferred materials and finishes. This knowledge, along with his keen eye for detail, makes him a real asset to clients during inspections. He went on to found a successful estate management firm before focusing on his career as an agent.

 

Eager to meet new people, explore new homes, and brush up on the latest market data, Joey truly considers business a pleasure. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, traveling, playing guitar, and all things classic cars.
