With 16 years of experience in corporate banking and 12 years in direct lending, John offers the distinct advantage of being able to guide his clients through every step of the real estate process, from making the initial offer to creating financing strategies for structuring the transaction. His strong command of numbers and experience in regulatory compliance, bank products, and financial services make him an asset to buyers and sellers alike.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, John has had a passion for real estate since early childhood when he watched his father buying and selling properties in the San Fernando Valley. A resident of Tarzana, John has extensive experience serving the Valley communities and a strong affinity for the area. He prides himself on building relationships that extend beyond the close of escrow and has built a thriving business supported by repeat clients and trusted referrals.

John attended L.A. Pierce College in Woodland Hills and USC and is multilingual in five different languages. When he’s not working on his client’s behalf, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids and playing golf.
