Having grown up in a real estate family, Jonathan made his first investment at 28 years old. Committed to understanding emerging trends in the real estate industry, he offers knowledge of market statistics that make a difference to buyers and sellers alike. He brings a solid understanding of the financial components within real estate transactions and seamlessly helps his clients evaluate the characteristics of each transaction relative to the overall market, providing a coherent and logical picture so they can make informed decisions.

 

Passionate about architecture and design, Jonathan thrives in the Los Angeles market, home to a variety of architectural styles and interior aesthetics. Married to an interior designer, Anne Carr, he brings a healthy obsession with emerging home design trends to his clients.

 

When he’s not serving his clients, Jonathan spends time with his amazing wife and three children. An avid outdoors enthusiast, he loves to be in beautiful natural spaces and exercise his body, mind, and spirit, whether surfing, kiteboarding, mountain biking, or trail running. He has competed in several Ironman triathlons, including the World Championship in Kona, Hawaii.
