Josh is passionate about helping people find their way home in Baja. His reputation for honesty and integrity along with extensive local knowledge and a client-centric approach, make Josh an invaluable real estate resource.

A Salt Lake City native, Josh developed his ability to connect cultures while growing up in La Paz, Bolivia. This multifaceted upbringing nurtured his natural talent for forming meaningful connections and building lasting relationships.

Over a decade ago, at a Kenny Loggins concert on the beach in San Jose, Josh fell in love with Los Cabos and has been living his best life in Cabo ever since. He is driven by the ability to help others make knowledge-based life-changing decisions and feel confident about those decisions. Whether buying real estate for the first time in a foreign country, a vacation home, or an investment property; his goal is to make clients feel comfortable with every stage of the transaction.

Working in the luxury event planning industry in the US helped Josh to understand the value of listening. He is an adept problem solver with meticulous attention to detail and a deep appreciation for culture and design.

When not showing homes, Josh loves traveling all over Mexico with friends and exploring new restaurants. He loves to spend time outdoors and especially enjoys Cerritos beach with Guapa, his Baja rescue pup.
