Joshua jump-started his career as an agent by managing every kind of transaction, from commercial deals and multi-family investment properties to a range of long- and short-term leases, but found an affinity in assisting first-time homebuyers and other long-time Angelenos secure the perfect home. He leverages his lifetime of community knowledge to guide each client to a property perfectly tailored to their unique needs and lifestyle—all the while standing out from the crowded field of agents with his candor, charisma and sense of humor. Whether he’s showing a home to clients, advocating for their interests during negotiation or following up after a successful deal, Joshua’s greatest joy is putting a smile on his clients’ faces.
Prior to real estate, Joshua worked as a business development consultant at Oracle and quickly cemented his status as a top producer for multiple consecutive quarters. He also worked in sales at a tech startup that aimed to revolutionize restaurant operations before bringing his passion for networking, negotiations and personal development to the real estate industry.
Joshua graduated from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and Milken Community School. When he isn’t touring properties or thoughtfully expanding his professional network, Joshua can usually be found refreshing stock market news and watching or playing basketball. And as much as he loves his hometown, he loves to travel and explore different parts of the world.
