About Josie Bulitt

Josie Bulitt is determined to find you the perfect home! A native of Montgomery County, she has lived much of her life in Olney, Maryland, and has strong ties to the area. Joining The Agency after graduating from college, Josie's enthusiasm, entrepreneurial experience, and "can do" attitude have already pushed her toward the top of her profession in just two years. A winner of The Agency's Rising Star Award, she closed 21 transactions in 2021, garnering over $11,000,000 in sales. Recently featured in a local story in The Washington Post, her natural affinity for people and the ability to make new friends wherever she goes have proven to be her most valuable asset. Helping people find the home of their dreams is an absolute joy for Josie. She understands that every client has different needs and works diligently to exceed their expectations.

Josie is always active, whether she is working or not. You can often find her playing with her best friend, a one-year-old mixed pup she adopted from a local rescue. She is an exercise fanatic who is always happy when outdoors, hiking, biking, and skiing. Josie also enjoys traveling, working with children, and spending time with her family.
