About Julia Redemer

A longtime East Bay resident and skilled real estate professional, Julia Redemer brings patience, enthusiasm, and exceptional negotiating skills to The Agency’s Danville office.

Growing up in a real estate family, Julia always had an affinity for architecture, design and the general goings on of the industry. Her father worked in commercial real estate, while her mother-in-law, Margaret Redmer, has been a top-producing realtor since 1993. After spending several years as a middle school English and history teacher and raising her four children, Julia secured her license and began working closely with Margaret, learning the ins and outs of the industry from one of the East Bay’s best.

For Julia, there are few things more gratifying than helping an individual, couple or family realize their dreams of homeownership. Dedicated to providing superior service during a pivotal time in her clients’ lives, Julia loves working with a diverse group of individuals and helping buyers and sellers meet and exceed their goals. Her teaching background has proved invaluable in real estate, leaving her with well-honed organization skills and the negotiating prowess key to a successful transaction.

Originally from New Canaan, Connecticut, Julia earned her BA in History from Wake Forest University before pursuing a K-8 teaching credential from St. Mary’s College. Most of her free time outside of real estate is spent with her family, attending her children’s soccer and basketball games and enjoying the outdoors. Her husband is a teacher and head football coach at Hayward High School, and she and her kids spend many nights cheering on his team under the stadium lights. Julia is heavily involved in her local church and supports a family and child through World Vision.
