About Julie Pae

With over 13 years of experience in real estate and property management, Julie Pae is a knowledgeable and dedicated client advocate at The Agency Los Gatos, where she is also part of The Moser Team. A lifelong learner, Julie is devoted to continuing her education in order to provide the best service to her clients. Julie keeps up with the latest developments in real estate law, contracts, neighborhood housing policies and more to ensure that her clients receive the most up-to-date guidance to make informed real estate decisions.

“Real estate transactions are often the biggest and most stressful financial decisions of people's lives. There is a lot to know and it can feel overwhelming,” says Julie. “I want my clients to feel confident and know that I am always in their corner with the latest information to make sure that their decision is what is best for their personal situation.”

Originally from Seoul, South Korea and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, Julie moved to San Jose in the early 1990s to attend college. She quickly fell in love with the area for its eclectic lifestyle options and endless opportunities for outdoor recreation. Julie’s diverse background gives her a unique perspective on both real estate and life, as well as an ability to connect with a wide variety of clients.

Outside of work, Julie is very active in her nonprofit organization, TKB Baseball. Its mission is to provide kids who otherwise could not afford to play baseball an opportunity to play and chase their dreams on the sandlot.

In her spare time, Julie enjoys playing with her puppy, gardening, reading, yoga, hiking, traveling, going to concerts, playing tennis and—most importantly—being with her family.
