Julio Izquierdo is an experienced real estate professional, having overseen a large number of real estate transactions in Manhattan on a top-producing team for five consecutive years. Completing well over $500 million in transactions during that time, he has developed a sharp sense of value and understanding for the intricacies of the New York market.
Prior to entering the real estate field, Julio Izquierdo honed his analytical skills as a trader; first on the buying side both as a proprietary trader and then at a hedge fund. Following this, he transitioned into the institutional sales side where he advised a diverse set of clients including private banks, hedge funds and asset managers. During this time he traded various markets including U.S. equities, Latin equities, emerging markets and high yield fixed income.
Julio Izquierdo attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL where he majored in accounting and taxation. He lives in the Upper East Side with his wife Yessi—who now manages the KPMG NY office, their three kids, and a beautiful Bernadoodle, Pixie. When he's not working, you will most likely find him and his family in Southampton where they like to spend their time entertaining, cooking, and exploring all the hamlets by boat.
