Kaila Dundas is a gifted communicator and a formidable advocate for her clients. Named a top performer in 2020, Kaila is known for her five-star service and long-held passion for real estate. She is a highly collaborative, exceedingly humble and well-respected member of The Paul Greenberg Group at The Agency.
Born and raised in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Kaila was immersed in the world of real estate and homebuilding from a young age. As a five-year-old, she watched as her parents served as general contractors to create her childhood home, room by room. “I am a firm believer that ‘home’ is a feeling—and I know it's so important to find,” says Kaila. “I listen to my clients and take their needs and desires to heart. And I do whatever it takes to get them their home.”
From start to finish, Kaila is a trusted, accessible resource for clients looking to sell, buy or invest. “Owning and investing in real estate is an incredible way to strengthen your financial standing,” she notes. “I always keep my clients’ present-day interests in mind while also thinking ahead to the kinds of opportunities a piece of real estate could provide them in the years to come.”
A natural high achiever with vast talents and interests, Kaila double majored in criminology and sociology at the University of Western Ontario before achieving a diploma in journalism from Fanshawe College in London, Ontario.
Prior to real estate, Kaila was a trusted entity in the tech realm and in corporate and international sales—a role she excelled in for nearly a decade. Her past experience in the fast-paced world of sales and technology sharpened Kaila’s ability to creatively problem-solve, communicate concisely and anticipate the nuanced needs and interests of high-powered clients. Now a resident of downtown Toronto, in her free time, Kaila can be found pursuing her other passion—cooking. She often finds inspiration after trying new restaurants and regularly hosts family and friends for meals at home. Kaila also enjoys playing baseball and taking long walks along the Toronto Harbourfront with her beloved dog, Archie.
