About Kaitlin Harding

Kait was born and raised in a suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota and has her mother to thank for her love of real estate. As a young girl, while her brothers were playing sports or her dad was out fishing, she and her mom spent many Saturday afternoons searching for open houses, touring historic St. Paul homes, or driving around the Parade of Homes. It was during one of these excursions that her mother fell in love with a rambler model; months later her family was moving into a new home kitty-corner from her own backyard and Kait had fallen in love with real estate.

 

After temporarily being furloughed from her job as a pediatric speech-language pathologist in the Twin Cities metro at the start of the pandemic, Kait dove headfirst into real estate in early 2020. In a quickly changing metropolitan landscape, Kait specialized in coaching and counseling first-time homebuyers in what it took to win offers in a fast-paced and often cutthroat seller’s market. After a year of growth and learning from a top-agent in one of Minneapolis’ largest brokerages, Kait’s friend and mentor asked her to start a team with him. Within months of embarking on this new partnership, they were awarded as one of the Top Closing Teams in both volume and units.

Kait believes that her success in winning for her clients and negotiating across the table comes from her background as a speech therapist, a job in which advocacy, compassion, and trust are cornerstones of success which she brings with her to her role in supporting sellers and buyers.
