About Kannika Kim

A true citizen of the world, Kannika Kim has managed a number of real estate properties between the U.S. and Cambodia. She brings passion, a devotion to first-class service and extensive experience to her role at The Agency Beverly Hills, where she specializes in resource-efficient and high performance home designs in the greater Los Angeles, Beverly Hills and Beach Cities areas.

Born in Cambodia, Kannika (which means “Lotus fragrance” in Khmer), graduated from Sacramento State University with a Business degree and immediately joined Apple Inc. She had a successful career with Apple for 11 years serving clients nationwide as a Creative Services Specialist. While traveling the world and living all around California, Kannika discovered an innate and deeply rewarding talent: helping people find the ideal living environment through high value real estate properties.

Today, as a member of the National Association of Realtors’ Green Designation, Kannika is connecting extraordinary people with some of the finest homes in the world by using The Agency’s extensive knowledge, powerful global affiliate network and sincere approach to giving all clients the red carpet treatment.

Known for her attention to detail and creative touch—honed by her design designation from FIDM and profound respect for the environment—Kannika has established a focus on the circular economy and a green lifestyle as a certified Green Agent by the National Association of Realtors. Her approach puts health, harmony (feng shui) and positive energy at the forefront of a living space, and guides her ability to identify homes that will provide true sanctuary to their inhabitants. Ultimately, Kannika readily leverages her unique background, world travels, education and years of experience in customer care to find the ideal property that ensures her clients will live in a beautiful and sustainable manner for generations to come.

Outside of real estate, Kannika is the owner of a well established aromatherapy candle business, works as a certified yoga Instructor and is the proud mother of a mature white Pomeranian named Polar Bear. Kannika also enjoys exploring the outdoors and has a deep love for arts and crafts.
