About Kate Dickie

Kate grew up in the lower mainland, lived on Vancouver Island for a few years, and then settled in South Okanagan in 2020. She has a background in marketing and sales which included start-ups, finance boutiques, and global companies. Kate obtained her Bachelor’s in Marketing Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.

Kate has a passion for people, an eye for design, and the drive for the fast-paced, ever-changing world of Real Estate. Her business is built on communication, transparency, and dedication. To create something of value, Kate feels the relationship must lead with integrity, which builds a solid foundation for doing business together.

Being a mom, she understands the importance of community and finding your village. Kate shows all her clients empathy, gives her energy to their best interests, and goes the extra mile to make the deal happen.

When Kate isn’t working, you can find her enjoying Summerland’s parks, beaches, trails, and community events with her toddler and two dogs.
