Katherine grew up in Los Altos, California, where she developed a great passion for the beauty and uniqueness of homes through her grandfather's work as a skilled craftsman. She currently resides in her hometown of Carmel, where she has lived for over 20 years. Her love for the Monterey Peninsula dates back to her childhood visits to her aunt's home in Carmel Valley, often traveling on the train from the Bay Area to Monterey.
When not working, Katherine enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and her two adult children, David Jr. and Gina, who live in the Bay Area. She loves adventure and enjoys open water rowing, hiking, yoga, travel, pickleball, and cooking family recipes passed down from her Nonna and mother. Hudson is also a member of various organizations, including the California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Monterey County Association of Realtors, Women's Council of Realtors, The Carmel Foundation, Carmel Woman's Club, Carmel Residents Association, and the Monterey Peninsula Yacht Club. She has previously served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) of Monterey County.
