Meet Kayla

Kayla Deveau, member of The Agency Scottsdale, prides herself on serving clients throughout the Phoenix and Prescott/Prescott Valley areas with communication, grace and empathy. Since becoming a real estate agent in 2020, Kayla has already earned numerous awards and accolades, including Keller Williams rookie of the year with over $10 million in sales in her first year. She was also named the sixth top producing individual in the Keller Williams Arizona office and tenth highest individual in the Arizona and Nevada regions.

A North Carolina native, Kayla moved to Arizona for college and has lived there ever since. She earned multiple degrees leading up to her start in real estate, attending Arizona State University and receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Business and Tourism with a Special Event Certification. Later, she attended attended NAU to pursue her Master’s in Education. A few years ago, Kayla made the leap into real estate and never looked back. “Once I started my career in real estate, everything just felt right. Every morning when I wake up, I am excited to do my job, and I believe that passion is clearly visible in the quality of my work,” states Kayla.

Kayla’s background in teaching has given her the necessary skills to educate clients throughout all stages of the home buying and selling process. She is a strong negotiator, deft problem solver and calm communicator—three roles that allow her to excel at her job. “I also attribute much of my success to genuinely caring about the well being of others. Buying a home is a huge investment financially and emotionally, and I am grateful to be a part of this deeply personal and significant decision,” she says.

In her spare time, Kayla enjoys an active lifestyle and can be found kickboxing, hiking, camping and spending time in the great outdoors with her husband and their two young girls. Kayla also enjoys giving back to the community and works closely with the Southwest Veterans Foundation to help women obtain the necessary post-military resources and AA/Alanon to help those who have suffered from addiction.
