A Boston native turned Boise enthusiast, Kerri is recognized as one of the area's top-producing agents and a relocation guru. Her passion for connecting people and places, coupled with her hands-on relocation experience was the brainchild behind her relocation YouTube channel and website.
“After moving around the country for a decade, you become keenly aware of how daunting and challenging it can be to be new to an area,” shares Kerri. “My goal with every relocation client is to smooth out that process and ease their fears. By combining my knowledge with their wants and needs, I make sure they know everything possible about the areas and options available to them when finding their new home.”
Working with relocation buyers has also provided Kerri with extensive knowledge when it comes to selling homes. ”I'm in the trenches with buyers, seeing hundreds of homes a year. Being able to be inside all of those properties gives me a unique knowledge base,” says Kerri. “As we all know, pictures rarely tell a thousand words in real estate. When those homes sell, I'm able to understand their value with a stronger perspective, allowing me to price accurately and negotiate accordingly. I also hear what buyers say and see how they react based on how the home is presented. This is critical in my marketing of listings.”
A former Emmy-nominated television sports reporter and anchor, Kerri left the television world behind after having her first child in 2011 and began her real estate career. Using years of on-camera experience, she took those skills and made them an integral part of her real estate marketing plan.
Kerri is married to one of Boise's elusive natives, is an avid skier, mom, East Boise local, Greenbelt adventurer, wine aficionado, Patriots fan and lover of Boise and its people.
