About Kim Zax

As a native of Atlanta, Kimberly has been a well-regarded Realtor in Metro- Atlanta since 1996. In 2003, she became certified as a New Home Sales Professional by Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, and in 2005 was awarded Salesperson of the Year for Winmark Homes, Inc.

In 2014, Kimberly and her business partner, Chad Lagomarsino, started Builders2Buyers, a full-service company providing partnership experiences with small to medium home builders offering services such as on-site sales teams, land acquisitions, property management, and custom marketing plans.

In addition to being a realtor in Georgia, Kimberly recently obtained a Florida realtor’s license and is working on getting her builder’s license in Georgia.

Kimberly lives on Lake Lanier with her husband and son and enjoys every minute of lake living. She is dedicated to her real estate career and serving her clients.
