About Kimi Patel

Part of The MJ Team at The Agency Brantford, Kimi Patel brings a bright enthusiasm, concise communication, an eye for design and a dedication to leading-edge marketing to every new client and transaction. She serves buyers, sellers, investors and lessees throughout Brantford, Kitchener and Cambridge and surrounding areas, specializing in single-family homes and pre-construction properties.

 

Born in Toronto and raised in South Carolina, Kimi returned to Canada to attend Toronto Metropolitan University (formally known as Ryerson University), where she achieved a degree in Sociology.

 

After graduation, Kimi began working as an administrator at a real estate brokerage in Toronto’s High Park area. She then served as a crisis counselor at a women’s shelter for six years before returning to the real estate field as an agent.

 

“My passion has always been helping people, and I love that my role as an agent literally opens doors for individuals and families so they can start a new chapter,” says Kimi. “I consider this profession a service to my neighbors and community members, and I enjoy every minute of it.”

 

When she isn’t meeting with clients or hunting for exciting new properties, Kimi volunteers regularly at local food banks and at the women’s shelter where she worked previously.

She also enjoys going on walks along the water and cooking. “I love traveling anywhere with palm trees, sun and salt water. And I’m a real pizza connoisseur,” Kimi says. “I’m always looking for new pizza spots.” Kimi can also be found spending time with her family and two dogs.
