About Kozet Luciano

An L.A. native from a dynamic family of entrepreneurs and real estate professionals, Kozet Luciano brings her superior taste, sharp eye for quality and detailed knowledge of the L.A. market to The Agency’s Calabasas office. Kozet often teams up with her brother and fellow Agency team member, Andre Manoukian, for local listings.

Kozet’s polished, concierge-level client service is informed by a decade spent in the automotive industry, where she worked for Mercedes-Benz in sales, service, and finance. “The experience I have gained over those years has helped me provide my clients today with unparalleled customer service,” says Kozet. “It has also helped me be adept in the art of negotiation on their behalf.”

Kozet’s passion for real estate was ignited when she and her husband Benny began renovating and selling homes.

“There's never a dull moment in real estate, and I love all aspects of the process,” says Kozet. “From searching to negotiating, buying and furnishing, renovating and staging to selling—I enjoy it all. Working with developers—and being married to one—has helped me to not only find my clients their dream home but also help them see the potential in a property.” Clients can rely on Kozet to provide a range of unique insights, including tried and tested referrals for the most reliable builders, subcontractors, and designers in the business. She is also well-versed in home valuations and property marketing tools that utilizes today’s most effective tactics and technology.

Kozet counts many high-profile celebrities among her clientele. Kozet has also represented Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Scott Disick in his purchase (and subsequent listing) of 5474 Jed Smith in Hidden Hills. The home has also appeared on Flip It Like Disick, where Kozet is the featured realtor on the show.

In her free time, Kozet enjoys traveling, hosting friends and family at her home and spending time with her husband and young son.
