Meet Krista

Real Estate Agent
Krista was born and raised in Kelowna. She grew up playing every sport the Okanagan has to offer, but eventually found success in triathlons and basketball. She was a member of the National Junior Triathlon Team, but after high school switched gears to obtain her Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of Alberta. Here she joined the starting lineup and was named Captain of the U of A varsity basketball team.

After graduating she travelled and worked in Australia and New Zealand but always knew she’d come back to her hometown. She fell back into the Okanagan active lifestyle, but her competitive nature needed to train for something…so she set her sights on the Penticton Ironman. After taking a 1st place finish for amateur athletes, and 9th amongst the professionals, in a time of 9:58:31, she was named Canada’s long-distance amateur triathlete of the year.

Since then, she became immersed in a career with her family’s construction company for over 15 years. With her extensive knowledge of the local neighborhoods and schools, connections with homebuilders, experience in sales and marketing along with her tenacious spirit, she found her calling in real estate. Krista is dedicated, and motivated, and pours her heart and soul into her clients. Her work ethic, optimistic attitude, negotiating skills, and communication ensure a 5-star experience every time. Her goal is not just to help you buy or sell with confidence but is to create an experience you’ll feel compelled to tell your friends and family about. Krista placed TOP 100 in Re/Max of Western Canada for 2022 and was the recipient of Rank My Agent's Best of Kelowna 2022 award.

When not working, any free time is spent with her 3 girls, either coaching her daughters’ basketball, hiking with her dogs, heading up to Big White in the winter, or getting out on the lake in the summer. Krista is passionate about dogs and donates $500 from every home sale to either Jurassik Bark Dog Rescue (out of Vernon), or Auntie M's Canine Rehab Foundation (in Kelowna)...or a charity of her client's choice. She is also a proud sponsor of the Kelowna Chiefs Hockey team.
