A savvy real estate professional with more than 18 years of experience in the Northern California market, Kristin Kinyon is known for her accessibility and ability to patiently educate and guide clients through every step of the home buying and selling process. A member of The Agency Alamo, Kristin has more than four years of experience in title and escrow and almost ten years of experience in residential lending, making her a highly knowledgeable guide for first-time buyers and sellers as well as more seasoned investors and developers.
Kristin was an executive recruiter prior to real estate, a role that also played to Kristin’s strengths—getting personal, connecting with people and helping them achieve their goals.
Born and raised in San Francisco’s East Bay, Kristin later lived around the country, spending time in Adak, Alaska, Virginia Beach and Jacksonville, Florida. She studied Business and Accounting at the University of Alaska Adak and the University of North Florida.
She’s also traveled extensively throughout Europe and South East Asia, living five months abroad with visits to 26 different countries. Each of these experiences has refined Kristin’s appreciation for what it means to have a place to truly call home.
In her spare time, Kristin enjoys golfing, skiing, mountain biking, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
Kristin is a huge proponent of giving back to her community and those in need. She has volunteered with East Bay Stand Down, a 4 day event providing a multitude of services to homeless and at-risk Veterans, since 2002 as Hygiene Coordinator. Additionally, Kristin is a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for the Contra Costa County Foster System being a voice for foster children in the courtroom.
