About Kyle Baseggio

Kyle’s knowledge of the housing industry runs deep in his veins. He grew up assisting his father, who was a meticulous custom home builder in Northeast Colorado. Kyle’s interest in design and development landed him in the Civil Engineering department at Colorado School of Mines where he graduated Cum Laude and was named Outstanding Graduating Senior in his department. After 4 years as an engineer, Kyle realized that his knowledge and passion for homes would better serve himself and others in real estate. He is incredibly creative when it comes to getting his clients into homes in this competitive market. During his time in the industry, he has managed hundreds of transactions and is well-versed in serving clients at all price points.
