About Laura Chanes

Born and raised in Mexico City, Laura has been living in Puerto Vallarta for over 19 years. Before deciding to move to Puerto Vallarta she lived in other large cities in Mexico such as Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. Laura loves this destination and strongly believes in the real estate potential of the bay where Vallarta is located. In addition to her native Spanish language, she also speaks fluent English.

Educated in law from National University in Mexico City, Laura has accumulated years of experience in several industries such as hospitality, sales, and more than 11 years as the Legal Administrator in Mexico for a luxury real estate developer from Miami.

Laura is passionate about sales and customer service and has a wide experience in the area of Puerto Vallarta, combined with her contract closing skills, Laura can provide a full suite of real estate services to her clients. Laura has a strong reputation of honesty and is committed to deliver the best advisory about buying or selling a property in Mexico, with the purpose to simplify this process.

When not working, Laura writes poetry and enjoys walking with her four dogs, (two of them rescue dogs).
