Laurie Hucal is an award-winning real estate professional who brings more than 23 years of experience to her role as an agent with The Agency Sudbury. Laurie is deeply familiar with a broad range of local regions within and around Greater Sudbury.

Laurie is known for her positive outlook, reliable responsiveness, attention to detail and personable yet assertive nature. “I never see my clients as numbers-I see them as people with goals and dreams”, says Laurie. “I love showing them the beauty of this region, finding them the right home or helping them sell their property for the best possible price, all the while protecting their interests."

At her previous brokerage, Laurie was consistently in the top 10% of her marketplace achieving awards year after year.

Laurie holds many designations that allow her to provide informed, concierge-level service to her clients; she is an Accredited Staging Professional, Registered Relocation Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist and was formerly part of Health Sciences North Preferred Realtor Program, which helped support incoming physician and staff candidates in their home search.

Laurie also regularly volunteers for local charitable organizations, including St. Mary’s Ukrainian Church in Sudbury.

When she isn’t advocating for her clients, Laurie can be found spending time with her husband of 32 years, entertaining at home, decorating, taking weekend getaways throughout Ontario and Quebec or traveling the world via cruise ship.
