Lina Holub has an excellent combination of two professions: real estate agent and international journalist. Born and raised in Ukraine, she has six years of experience as a TV&Radio host helping people from the occupied territories on TV, Radio, and newspapers. After obtaining a master's degree in journalism, she moved to the USA, improving her career in Luxury Hospitality. Working in such prominent companies as Patek Philippe and Rolex, she transferred her strong communication skills to client service skills and the ability to understand clients' needs in terms of what they are looking for and what is practical within their price range.

She is an expert in negotiation with clients and other realtors to arrive at agreeable sales terms. Strong time management and organizational skills help her stay on track of appointments and commitments with buyers and sellers.
