About Linda Ferras

A consistent top-producing agent with more than a decade of experience in the industry,  Linda Ferras is one of the region’s most esteemed real estate professionals. Part of The Agency Brantford, Linda serves Muskoka, Brant County, Kitchener-Waterloo, Hamilton, Wentworth, Nova Scotia and the Greater Toronto Area. Specializing in luxury residential homes and cottages and armed with in-depth knowledge of the local market, Linda is best known for her dedication, tireless work ethic and commitment to delivering above-and-beyond client service.

“Whether my client is a first-time buyer or a seasoned investor, I make it a point to stay very involved in the entire transaction process, from start to finish,” says Linda. “When it comes to providing exceptional service, no task is beneath me or beyond my scope of service. I will door knock, cold call or sit outside the city’s planning department to get answers for my clients. There is very little I will not do to make their goals a reality.”

A polished professional with preternatural business acumen, Linda was raised in a family of entrepreneurs and well-respected local business owners. Prior to launching her real estate career, Linda owned restaurants and grocery stores. Her late husband of 30 years, who passed tragically in 2005, was equally as driven and ran several local car lots and wrecking yards.

“I have always had a mind for business, it’s what drives me. I also have experienced many kinds of tragedies and setbacks in my life, and feel my experiences better prepare me to be compassionate and solutions-oriented for my clients,” says Linda. “I can always meet them where they are in life—both emotionally and mentally.”

Linda is a devoted mother of two adult sons and splits her time between Toronto and Nova Scotia, where they each reside. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing at her own lakeside cottage in Muskoka, and participating in various water sports.  Linda is also deeply involved with numerous local and national charities, including United Way, the Make-a-Wish Foundation, and Brantford and Paris Hospice, just to name a few.
