Part of The Agency York, Lisa Reis brings an exceptional eye for design, a talent for home staging and an in-depth background in property marketing to clients throughout Toronto, Vaughan, Bradford, Innisfil and Barrie.
Born in Toronto, the North American capital of new development, Lisa has worked in the real estate industry for more than two decades, launching low-rise and high-rise, preconstruction developments. Lisa has worked for some of Toronto’s top real estate marketing ad agencies, and her project launches have won numerous National Association of Home Builders and BILD awards for her clients, including Community of the Year and Best Sales Team.
In 2019, Lisa decided to pursue her real estate license while still working in preconstruction marketing. A certified home stager, Lisa is also a graduate of George Brown College’s interior decorating program and Ryerson University, where she studied marketing.
Lisa’s passion for serving her clients is rivaled only by her love for interior design. She readily applies her up-to-the-moment awareness of current and emerging décor trends to stage, position and market a home for sale and reimagine a property’s potential for her buyer clients.
Lisa’s love of real estate, design and home staging traces back to her teenage years when she spent countless weekends exploring model estates with her parents as she helped spearhead her family’s home search. A compelling, creative communicator and accomplished writer, Lisa has co-authored “Home Staging Secrets,” an Amazon best-selling book on the subject of home staging.
In her time away from work, Lisa enjoys being a dog mom to Ben (a Shih Tzu) and Bailey (a Shih Tzu/Yorkie mix). She also loves decorating and traveling to Portugal, where she’s set her sights on starting a lavender farm overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
